Refund & Cancellation Policy – Akul Global Soft

We aim to provide high-quality services to all our clients.
This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Website / App / Software Development Projects
- Advance payment is non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for work already completed.
- If a project is canceled before starting, 50% of the advance may be refunded (optional based on policy).
- After a milestone is completed, the amount paid for that milestone is non-refundable.
2. Digital Marketing / SEO
- Digital marketing and SEO payments are non-refundable.
- These services are charged monthly and must be paid in advance.
- Cancel anytime, but no refunds for completed work.
3. UI/UX Design
- Once designs are delivered, payment is non-refundable.
- If design work has started, advance will not be refunded.
4. Maintenance & Support Services
- Maintenance fees are prepaid and non-refundable.
- If support is stopped by the client, unused days/weeks are not refundable.
5. Reason for No Refund
Refunds are generally not possible because:
- Our services involve time, planning, and team effort.
- Once work begins, resources are allocated.
- Digital services cannot be “returned” like a physical product.
6. Project Cancellation by Company
If Akul Global Soft cancels a project due to internal issues:
- A partial refund may be provided based on work completed.
- This will be discussed with the client.
